All tips are final
Because tips are voluntary donations and nothing is sold or delivered in return, all payments are final and non-refundable.
Accidental or duplicate charges
If you were charged in genuine error — for example a duplicate or clearly accidental charge — contact us at support@getcuby.com within 14 days and we'll review it in good faith.
Payment processing
Payments are handled by our provider, Creem, acting as merchant of record. Any billing disputes or chargebacks are also subject to Creem's terms.
